  Boiler pressure right down and no heat

  Came the day of enquiry which was very helpful and coordinated with me on timings for when I was home from work. Arrived on time. Charged by the hour which is quite standard however took perhaps 20mins and when asked to put a smart thermostatic radiator valve on for me, said I’d be able to do it myself. Obviously not the job at hand but other people have more of a, happy to help approach with other things or advice since already there, which is a plus and generally quite reasonable. Especially since time was not limited and a full hour call out fee was charged..
