  London Plumbing Services provided a quick and straightforward response when I requested a quote. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout, and completed the boiler service efficiently with no disruption to the home. The standard of workmanship and customer service was excellent, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would happily use London Plumbing Services again for any future boiler-related work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Roy was very polite, clear and punctual with his communication on the job, and attended within ~12 hours. The repair was efficiently and accurately executed and I’d happily give Roy a call in the future for any boiler issues.

  Efficient reply and an appointment arranged within three days. The gas certificate was the required service but there was also a minor issue with the plumbing that was also resolved. 5 STARS

  Roy did a great job of servicing our boiler. He also took the time to recommend further work and explain the reasons behind it. We felt assured that Roy only recommended what was necessary and happy that there was no pressure to commit to this (unlike other companies). If you want a reliable, honest, company that do a fantastic job, London Plumbing Services are the one to go with. We will definitely be using them again!

  Boiler fault diagnosis and repair

  Roy was quick off the mark when I uploaded the request for an engineer. He got straight to work and diagnosed the issue with my boiler fairly quickly. He sourced the replacement part locally, came back and fitted it. All this was completed in under 3 hours. He was efficient, personable and did a fantastic job. Boiler repairs will never be cheap but he did exactly what was needed to get it working. Will book him again if needed.
