  The Helix team was very efficient and professional. After the initial enquiry, they made contact quickly, sent a quote and booked in the job within a couple of days. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and were professional and tidy. I would use them again

  Very unprofessional. I was called quickly after submitting my initial enquiry and a date & time for a quote was agreed. No-one arrived to give a quote so I messaged asking to re-arrange as I had to go to work. I received a reply 12 hrs later questioning who I was. I would avoid.
