  Bad service, used not relevant issues as excuse to not provide guarantee

  Work was not done properly. I had a leak from flushing pipe in concealed toilet. Engineer have not examined root issue properly and stated that problem is wrong wall tile instalment (there was a crack on tile). This was used as an excuse to not provide any guarantee on the job. Attempted to fix an issue (seal pipes) and toilet started leaking the very next day. The root issue (rubber gasket) was not even replaced. Got issue fixed by another company.
