  Joe was fantastic looking after a rat issue at our property. From the initial exchange of messages and throughout I found Joe to be personable, knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. Excellent comms, fair pricing, arrives on time, takes pride in his work. You couldn't ask for more! I'm so glad we went with Onyx
