  Hi everyone, I contacted and engaged FastFix london ltd to replace my old boiler, the booking was on 24th September 2025, the new boiler was installed on the day, however the engineer promised to provide a gas safety certificate upon completion which was failed to do so. Until this date 30th October I didn't received my gas certificate despite my calls and emails to the company which they keep promising but unfortunately waste of time and frustration. This matter is quite serious hazardous health and safety and unprofessional with zero responsibility. People be aware of their positive review
