  He cannot be trusted

  This guy cannot be trusted. He contacted me to fit my laminate floor. I accepted his quote but he cancelled twice The first time he cancelled without any reason just said need to reschedule. Most worst is second time he cancelled suddenly one hour before the appointment for the reason like child care, his girlfriend need to work, my grandmother died... Moreover, as one material I didn’t buy on the day of fixing the floor and he said he will do it for me a few days later. However, he never reply me what date he can help me to fix and send the rude message to me a few days later.
