  Quote was fair. Turned up to do work on time. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Explained work as got to various stages. Finished standard is very good. Cleaned up after. Would definitely use again.

  Prompt response to original enquiry and reasonable estimate. Talked through the work and was happy to answer any questions before I confirmed the job. Wasn't available immediately but communicated availability to manage my expectations. Polite and efficient on site. Very happy with the work done and would use again.
