  Repairing/replacing mortar in roof valley's & installing new valley

  Excellent service from arranging/providing quote (see my earlier review), to completing the agreed work. Upon accepting the quote, Brian responded quickly with likely timeframe for completion and despite a bit if dodgy weather in the preceding week, he met the initial commitment of "within the next three weeks". The team that did the work, were friendly, polite, professional and worked hard, leaving everything very clean and tidy once they'd finished. I was really pleased with the standard of work done, timeliness of completion and the chaps that did the work.

  RFQ- roofing valley repairs

  Currently just at the stage of collecting quotes, so no work booked yet. With regards to the quote, Brian was quick to respond to my enquiry and to arrange a suitable date to visit, for which he was punctual, polite, thorough and professional. He listened to my thoughts on what was needed and provided good feedback/recommendations. He sent me the quote quickly and inline with the timeline that he committed to. The quote provided was in the region of what I was expecting and Brian responded quickly and comprehensively to my further questions. Overall, very satisfied so far.
