  They were prompt to book in an initial survey to investigate the problem. After rebooking this at the last minute for the following day, the engineers attended were professional and efficient. They verbally confirmed a plan of work and provided verbal quotes for repair. Getting the resulting written copies of the report, quote, and CCTV of the survey from their office team has proved impossible. After emailing multiple times to enquire we received a quote that was more than 50% higher than the original and now more than 10 working days later we still have not received the footage etc.
