  Overall I was pleased with the service from Business Electrical Ltd. The electrical work was completed to a good standard and the engineers were friendly and helpful. A return visit was required to correctly finish installing a fan unit, but this was dealt with promptly. I would be happy to use them again.

  Professional response to initial issues

  I had a mixed experience with Nordic Damp Proofing. The survey and initial work started well, but there were some issues with the plastering quality. Nordic were responsive when these concerns were raised and arranged a follow-up visit, after which improvements were made. While the final standard was not quite what I had initially expected, a reasonable compromise was reached and the matter was resolved.
