⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Nordic Damp. Cormac and Brin were professional, knowledgeable and very informative, clearly explaining the damp issues and treatment process. The work was completed efficiently, to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. Olivia was fantastic with communication, responding quickly to emails, taking calls, and even sending updates and taking calls during evenings and weekends. Nordic damp proofing conducted some work on our property last week, which included stripping of plaster, injecting of damp proofing agent, adding a membrane and replastering. They also repointed some areas of external walls. Ollie, who conducted the work, was friendly, efficient and tidy, and the work was done to a high standard. We were also given a 25 year warranty. I had a mixed experience with Nordic Damp Proofing. The survey and initial work started well, but there were some issues with the plastering quality. Nordic were responsive when these concerns were raised and arranged a follow-up visit, after which improvements were made.
