  Investigate cause of damp ceiling and undertake corrective action.

  Attended first thing and identified cause of damp ceiling was due to leaky bidet. Repaired leak and bidet! A highly conscientious plumber wanting to do right by you. Grateful for your time, expertise and support Dominic. Highly recommend

  Flush hearing sys + Rad Replacement

  The initial scope was to replace two damaged radiators that had ruptured and were leaking. Scott identified the root cause as significant corrosion within the pipework. After replacing the radiators and evidencing poor water circulation, he recommended a full power flush and treatment of the heating system with corrosion inhibitors. This is the most effective solution and includes a three-year warranty. Unfortunately, there is no space available to install a filter. Scott is an excellent communicator, works efficiently, and gets on with the task without wasting time. Thank you.

  Service water heater and boiler

  Attended on agreed time and within window of attendance. Was proficient and thorough in his job. Happy tonanswer any questions I had and provided a service report the same day. Helpdesk very responsive and answered queries really quickly. cost is a little higher than I would like, but the service for exemplary. many thanks eamon

  repair front door lock

  Gearbox was damaged resulting in unable to lock door. This was an issue as would prevent all of us leaving the house, because of not being able to lock the door and worries of an intruder while asleep. James gor here pretty quickly and easily identified the fault and fortunately had spares to replace. Brilliant, couldn't ask for anymore.
