  I found Abbey Repairs very helpful. Firstly, a real person answered my initial enquiry, and I was able to book an appointment at a time to suit me for the initial assessment. The assessment was thorough and I was told how much the repair would cost, and I was again able to book the repair at a time to suit me. The repair was completed very efficiently.
