  they responded promptly, quoted within 24 hours of first contact then agreed an early date to complete work. the work was done quickly, efficiently, professionally and effectively in one full day. the replastering was finished three days later to allow for drying time. The owner and his workmen were all courteous, hardworking and skilled.

  fix leaking water pipe

  RB Plumbing and Heating responded first to my request for a plumber, within 4 hours. although the date to visit was the following Friday, they fitted me in 2 days earlier on late Wednesday. Their pricing structure was clear explained in original response and seemed reasonable. Rob from RB fixed the leaking pipe and even though time went beyond initial hour (covered by callout charge) he only charged me for the original hour. Problem solved and I'm a satisfied customer who will use RB again if further jobs are required. a good experience and good outcome. thanks Rob!
