  Drain CCTV survey

  I was advised by structural engineer to do a drain CCTV survey in front of the house. Chris came by to do the procedure, however upon inspection he discovered drains weren't going in the direction where survey was required. He explained crystal clear what goes where and even checked in the back garden just in case. He advised that any survey wouldn't be able to capture needed area and therefore recommended not to proceed with the survey, even though it meant he didn't charge me for the call. Very professional and honest person, prioritising customer interests.
