  Instant (literally 1 minute!) response to my job rquest, clear pricing quoted and successful job carried out the following day, at the time agreed. Pleaseant, professional engineer (Mehmet), who clearly explained the issue and the remedy he carried out. Left the workspace immaculate and suggested a service plan that I will be taking up.
