  Hive Removal

  Booked to revert our boiler from Hive back to a Drayton RTS1 thermostat. Engineer incorrectly diagnosed it as faulty because it didn’t ‘click’, the product label clearly states no click is heard unless connected to mains power. Rather than completing the job, he suggested fitting another Hive unit and left without doing any work. An alternative engineer completed the job correctly the next day, no new parts, in 40 minutes. Poor due diligence, job left unfinished.
