  Fantastic guy, great service - we had water hammer effect when turning taps on and had already fitted hammer arrestors. He knew straight away what would resolve it, booked in within a few days, and problem resolved within 45 mins of getting to the house. Highly recommend and will use again.

  Seemed to be a good job at a reasonable price. Tidy worker - the trader vacuumed the enclosed area before replacing the hot water cylinder, as I had requested. There was a query I had after the job about the wires showing below the timer, which I thought was different from the original set up. I’m sure the trader will be able to clarify this issue at some point.
