  Kept deposit rather than offer new date

  I had to move the work (full clean) by 30 minutes due to a power cut which caused the job to be cancelled. This is fair enough however when trying to rebook a carpet clean instead to ensure the deposit was still used, I couldn’t get a time/date - it seemed keeping the deposit for the cancellation was the preference.

  Really helpful and efficient /trustworthy

  Granit was exactly what we needed - some decorating work around our flat was needed and had been let down by other trades people - he went above and beyond and all to a tight deadline - will be using him again in the coming years. We had to entrust Granit with the keys without having met him due to being away when the work was needed and there were no issues at all - it was great being able to trust him.
