  Full repointing

  Craig and his team were excellent. The repointing was done to a high standard, and they were happy to do some additional stuff while the scaffolding was up, like paint a downpipe, fill and paint lintels etc. The roofer knocked out a tile while repointing the chimney, we only caught it after the job was done - they came and sorted it quickly and no questions asked. The only negative was a miscommunication with the scaffolder - but I think that was more down to the subcontractor that to Craig and his team.
