  From the moment we met Jack, we were impressed by his charisma and professionalism. He offered a fair, all-inclusive price, which we happily accepted. Although the job proved more complex than expected, he honoured the original quote and completed everything to an exceptional standard. He was diligent, trustworthy, and respectful of our home, with great communication throughout. His design suggestions genuinely improved our bathroom. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone.
