Job location: SS9We had a leak coming through the ceiling. I spoke with Vinnie early Saturday morning and sent him photos. He put my mind at rest and told me what to do to stop the leak, then went on to order the part ready for works to start first thing Monday morning. David arrived as planned fixed the problem quickly. This is the 2nd time using this business they are brilliant, trustworthy friendly and professional. Job location: SS13Second time of using Braiden Plumbing and Heating, and will definitely be using them again. They were immediately responsive to my request for help with a slow flowing bath tap. They contacted me quickly, clarified the issues and returned a summary of the work costings including the suggested tap replacements. They regularly sent me updates and adjusted the appointment on receipt of the taps. David arrived promptly, worked efficiently and took care of everything including tidying up while I sat and had my coffee.
