  Very helpful advice on the phone

  Jason rang within a few minutes of me posting the job. He gave candid and clearly knowledgeable advice on the issues we are facing with both dishwasher and washing machine - as a result of which we will be replacing both and not spending money on repairs! Very pleasant to talk to and generous with his time - will definitely contact again if we need a repair. Many thanks.
