10 Timely, stayed within quoted price, kept everyone updated

Called Chris after a previous plumber from another company removed the waste pipe from my tenants toilet then left the property and apparently also left the company on a Friday night. Chris was very helpful and managed to squeeze us in for the Saturday afternoon so my tenant wasn't left too long without a functioning toilet. He also didn't overcharge like the previous company/plumber did, quoted prior to starting work and didn't go over in either time or price.
