Was contacted by Joshua and agreed on a time for him to fix leak in the bathroom. Then contacted me the next day to say he had availability and could come within an hour. I asked him to carry out extra work fitting a new washbasin. He sourced an appropriate replacement, fixed the leaking pipe and fitted the new basin.
