  Boiler repair

  Quite terrible service. Their engineer identified an issue with the boiler and said it was an easy fix, on their second visit they changed how they would carry out the fix and asked me to sign a waiver saying they would damage the roof. I asked if there was a way we could protect the roof, they advised that they could board the roof but would do that on a further visit. Instead I received a call the following day advising that they would not be undertaking the work but still only refunding the cost of the fix but not the investigation (which is useless without a fix).

  Changing light fittings across the house

  The guys who came over were lovely, efficient and went above and beyond (there was an issue where the cables had been burnt from previous use and they replaced it without hassle).
