  Kitchen mixer tap fitted

  Jason fitted a replacement mixer tap in my kitchen. He's my regular plumber now and, as always, his work was excellent. Arrived when he said he would and completed the job with no fuss. Clean and tidy and left no mess.

  Flush mechanism in concealed toilet cistern

  This is the second time I've asked Jason to do plumbing work for me. This time, he fitted a replacement flush mechanism into a concealed toilet cistern. It was a tricky job as access was restricted, but he did it all with the minimum of fuss. He's polite, friendly, clean and tidy, punctual, and responds to messages promptly. He also charges a fair price for his work. What's not to like?

  Isolation valves and a new water inlet fitment for 2 toilets

  Jason replaced isolation valves on 2 toilets and the water inlet fitment on 1. I have 2 water tanks in the loft, so he had to work out which one fed the toilets as I didn't know. After doing the work, there was an air lock in one of the pipes, which he had to clear. I think it was quite difficult and took some time, but he persevered until it was done. Jason was friendly, polite and communicated well. His work was excellent and he left my house clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend him -- so much so, that I have asked him to quote for some other work.
