  Isolation valves and a new water inlet fitment for 2 toilets

  Jason replaced isolation valves on 2 toilets and the water inlet fitment on 1. I have 2 water tanks in the loft, so he had to work out which one fed the toilets as I didn't know. After doing the work, there was an air lock in one of the pipes, which he had to clear. I think it was quite difficult and took some time, but he persevered until it was done. Jason was friendly, polite and communicated well. His work was excellent and he left my house clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend him -- so much so, that I have asked him to quote for some other work.

  Toilet flush and radiator leak fix

  Jason was quick to respond to all messages I sent and was able to quickly arrange a time and price for the job. Work was completed on time to a high standard and area of work was very clean!

  Toilet leaking.

  Having been let down by another tradesman who did not arrive, I contacted Jason who came at the arranged time and quickly identified the problem. He told me exactly what the problem was and how he could rectify it. Having agreed a price he immediately went to the suppliers to get the parts. He returned soon after and completed the job very quickly. There was no need for me to tidy up afterwards as he had already done that for me. A first class job. 👍

  Bathroom Leak

  Jason was quick at responding and was able to come and look at my shower leak. The water had cleared and hasn't come back, but Jason checked the shower anyway. I think the issue is from upstairs. Thank you for taking a look!

  fitted new PRVs and ceramic tap cartridges and investigated problems with 2 showers

  Jason gave excellent advice over the phone re: removing failed tap cartridges in order to source 2 replacements. He then visited to look at the work required to fit new PRVs and fit the tap cartridges, plus look at 2 shower thermostatic valves that were having issues. He provided a quote for what was required and was able to complete the work a few days later. Kept me informed of the job as it progressed, stayed for longer than he had estimated, but refused point blank to take any extra payment.
