  The window cleaner truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment he arrived, his friendly demeanor set a positive tone. He was absolutely thrilled with the delicious biscuits and tea I offered him, and it was clear he appreciated the little things. More importantly, he took his time and meticulously ensured that every window sparkled like never before!
