  Clear and responsive communications. Sent a document describing the conditions they needed the work site to meet so that they could work - this was helpful for me to prepare for their arrival. Staff on the job were friendly and polite Work was efficiently done and everything was left clear. Payment also straightforward through Checkatrade.
