Clear and responsive communications. Sent a document describing the conditions they needed the work site to meet so that they could work - this was helpful for me to prepare for their arrival. Job location: RG14Had sevral asbesdos containing external pipes removed and replaced. Very happy with the work and that blue A were able to do the complete job. One pipe was the soil pipe to the toilet and as a single toilet household arenging removal ans repacement as seperate jobs was not an option. Could find plenty of firms that would do one part or the other but not both. Blue A did the full job mening no stres trying to coordinate diffwrent people. The guys were exteemely polite and profesional. Would recomend- OOla F
