  unvented hot water cylinder replaced.

  had a unvented hot water cylinder replaced, nice lad done it. we have under floor heating and a air source heat pump. after completion the air source heat pump keeps coming up with error code. I have contacted marks Smith plumbing on email and by phone. I have had no email back and no phone call back regarding the matter. Not happy with there customer service very poor as we never had issues with heat pump. turns out there was trapped air in system as plumber didn't bleed system. copper pipes vibration when hot ( I won't recommend them to anyone as they dont care after receiving big payment).
