  Marking this job as work carried out, which is kind of incorrect, but the matter was resolved. Turns out the door is beyond repair and a new porch is required...something that I need to get sorted, so not the fault of the company. The people that came were friendly, and didn't try charging for services not rendered.

  One plumber didn't respond so reposted the request. That day the company contacted me and arranged for the work to be done the next day. Work was done quickly and to satisfaction.
