10 Window wouldn't close

attended site at allocated time. once there the job was a bigger job to fix than 1st thought. Matt was professional in explaining what needed to be done to ensure the window closed. He replaced all parts needed quickly and efficiently. pricing was really reasonable. definately cannot fault. Matt fixed a leak in my conservatory roof last year and I got him back again this year to replace a broken glass panel. He arrives when he says he will, he is very pleasant and gets on with the job. 9 Conservatory roof and window repairs

Job location: BB2I reached out to Rees and Matt got back in touch immediately with a quote. The conservatory needed minor repairs. A roof tile had dislodged causing leakage. Matt turned up with a colleague and fixed the roof with minimal effort. Matt also identified a smashed doubles glazed window. Matt pencilled in a date to replace this in future at minimal extra cost. The window was exactly the same. The roof hasn’t leaked. We were having the garden landscaped at the time as well but Matt at Rees didn’t let this get in his way. Thanks Rees. - OOLIVER M
10 Aluminium door repair

Our aluminium back door was getting more difficult to lock / open and increasingly unreliable. Rees contacted me within an hour (on a Sunday) to book in the job for today. Matt phoned in advance, turned up on time, repaired the door perfectly in 30 mins or so, and reinstalled a draught excluder which had fallen off. Door now working perfectly.
