  CCTV Survey of the drain for Extension

  I hired this company for CCTV survey for an extension, they not given me proper report just done email format which is incomplete. No footage and no existing plans of the drain. Also email it said about ant nest photo nothing attached. Carl the owner said he was going to sort it no response. They have taken my full payment and I want refund, as I have to get other company to do it.
