  Just moved into a new house to find no hot water

  Peter was just brilliant! Communication was almost immediate when we put the request into Checkatrade, and he was pleasant and understanding. We arranged for him to come the next day, and he did. Straight away he set our minds to rest by navigating the issue and taking time to ensure it was fixed and working before leaving.
