I requested a quote via their website and received a prompt response. Kev carried out a site inspection and provided a clear, transparent quote covering ladder installation, insulation, and raised boarding—no pressure and no hidden costs. The Transformation (Before & After): The difference is remarkable. • Before: A dark, cluttered crawl space with exposed joists and uneven surfaces that was difficult to use safely.

  Polite and good work

  Omg what a pleasure to not only book in a job speak to kev he helped me all the way then on sat wes turned up to do the work and all i can say is what a true gent hard worker so polite clean and helped us on our loft i would use this company over the moon and you dont get ripped off like other companys so well done again

  High quality loft fitters

  Superb from start to finish. We wanted the loft properly insulated, floor raised and boarded out. A clear and extremely competitive quote was provided after Kev had come over to survey the job. Kev and Wes turned up exactly when expected, first job was to put dust sheets up the stairs and the landing- super clean and tidy! The finished job was completed to a high standard, in one day in OSB vs cheap chipboard. Can't recommend these lads enough.

  Superb loft fitters

  I contacted Kev from Spotloft to fit a loft hatch with ladder and also to insulate and board the loft. He came out to have a look and provided a quote with a few different options for me to choose from. He was able to start the job shortly after which was great. Kev and his colleague Wes were friendly, professional and hard working, completing the whole job in less than 2 days. There was no mess at all as they cleaned up after and wouldn't even have known they'd been there. So happy with my new loft which now has loads of space and I can easily access with the new folding ladder.

  Very pleased with our boarded loft + new hatch from Spotloft

  HIGHLY recommend Kev, he is the most polite and professional tradesman we’ve had in. He came to give a quote the day after we requested one, and after that he was very communicative about what date he would come to do the work. His colleague ended up not being able to come, but Kev came to do all the work himself - he installed a high quality hatch with ladder, and boarded half the loft (Victorian mid-terrace house) in just one day. The work is a very high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He left it all clean and tidy and gave a very fair price.
