  Called them at 4pm on a Sunday when I had a leak in some pipe work after I replaced a cistern. Did not want to leave water supply off so all night so after trying a few local plumbers phone emergency hero. Someone came within 90 minutes and fixed the issue. I knew up front the costs, which were not cheap, but service was very professional so I was happy. The man chose not charge me any extra for the replacement part which was nice.
