  Bathroom taps replacement+ waste pipe fixing

  We had 4 very old taps that needed replacing. The guy that came was super friendly, very respectful of our home. He offered to swap the taps round to the correct spot (they were previously installed the wrong way hot/cold) and then whilst working noticed our waste pipe had become loose, so quickly sorted that for us too… did a real stand up job, and felt like he was more than happy to help

  Burst pipe between floors

  Sunday night emergency call out, arrived within 3 hours of phone call and dealt with the emergency which ended up being a burst pipe rather than a leak. But remained cool and calm whilst the household panicked and quickly resolved the broken pipe
