  Quality job carried out within agreed timescales.

  We received a quick response to our request for a job. This hasn't always happened in the past and sometimes we have had no response at all, not even a courtesy response to decline the job. Work was carried out within agreed timescales and very punctual. Left no mess and also took away built in furniture that had been removed as part of the job; this was a bonus as it saved us having to make several trips to the tip. Pleased with the quality of the work.

  Replacement of outside drainage pipework

  Apart from an initial issue with the quotation, which didn't include VAT, the work was carried out to our satisfaction. The work involved the removal and replacement of all outside drainage pipes - the engineer minimised the inconvenience of having no water which was really helpful. He also replaced a joint with a different type to the original one so it looked more aesetically pleasing. Work was carried out on a day/time to suit us; they moved another job around to accommodate this which was really helpful. Very pleased with the outcome.

  Replacement of a number of ceiling light fittings and smoke alarm.

  Prompt response to request for a quotation through Check a trade website. Also, completed job within 2 days of providing quotation. Arrived at the time stated and were very courteous and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future electrical requirements.
