  A big thank you to John, who came round to assess a faulty toilet. He quickly identified the issue, was kind enough to explain to me the cause of the issue. He knew exactly what fix was needed and was able to order parts and arrange a follow up call to come and fit the parts today. He was on time, polite and respectful of property, and punctual. Everything is now up and runing and he was able to explain how everything was fixed, and even helped me locate my stopcock which no one in the past 13 years has been able to do - he knew where it would be instantly. I'd highly recommend, thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After weeks of frustration with a leaking toilet that another company failed to fix after two visits, I found JB7 Plumbing & Heating. Sam booked me in quickly, and John arrived promptly, diagnosed a defective fill valve within minutes and repaired it the same day. Excellent communication from Sam and Mary throughout. Clean, professional, friendly and honest service. Fantastic workmanship and I finally have a plumber I can trust. Highly recommended!

  Remedying bad workmanship from a previous plumber

  Communication. Remedy. Clear and transparent quote. Competent, down to earth tradesman, very personable. Very direct. No blagging. I really appreciated it, after a particularly poor experience a week esrlier where i was charged more for poor quality workmanship and messed around for a week.

  Thorough, efficient and professional - leak fixed

  Very efficient and professional service overall. Immediate visit to diagnose the leak, transparent quote to address the issue and another immediate visit to undertaken the work. Joe was really fantastic: friendly and professional, explained clearly what the issue was and what he proposed to do about it. The cost was on the pricier end overall, but Joe fixed the issue that the other plumbers that had come before had not!
