  Kitchen tap replacement

  Was quoted £150 to have tap replaced ‘without his parts’ and £100 ‘with his parts’. Denis asked if I had a replacement tap to which I said no and he said he’d buy one on the way. At no point was a higher price specified - I assumed this was baked into the extra £50. When work was done he wanted £235 - begrudgingly I paid so he would leave. Denis was nice enough and the tap was replaced to a good standard but I was mislead on price - beware future users. It won’t let me upload photos of the conversation for people to make their own conclusion

  Jordan was very prompt and reachable throughout the process from initial enquiry to post installation check up. Joss installed the AC and was very quick but diligent with his work meaning it was done in no time at all. Very pleased with our experience with technicool
