  Job well done.

  Within 5 minutes of posting the job , Mike was on the phone. we arranged for him to come the following morning. He came on time and took around 15 minutes to do the job. Very friendly and polite , and very reasonable Cannot fault him.

  Fitting a new thermastate on an electric cooker.

  They said it was an all-day appointment , but after I had booked I could phone up and request an afternoon appointment. I have Fibromyalgia so I am never very well on a morning.. I phoned up and they said I could NOT request an afternoon appointment. I got a text to say they were coming between 8 and 12 in the morning. They came at 8.15. and left at 9,00 am. I cannot fault the work , but why did they say I could request an afternoon appointment when I could NOT. i t
