  Replaced broken lock.

  Robert tried for a good half hour to get a broken key out of my lock, but it wasn't for coming. He replaced the broken piece and explained very clearly what he was doing and why. Very friendly and genuine. I'd 100% recommend to anyone else needing a locksmith!
