    Pleasant, honest and skilled tradesman

    Door clamps failed, locked out. Saw his ad online and contacted. He answered immediately, understood the potential issue and agreed to visit that morning. Being a composite door constructed by heath-robinson the issues found were many but he ploughed on undaunted; had to order parts so put a 'temp' lock on until he returned 2 days later. Door 14 years old so the specified parts had been 'upgraded' but he got everything to fit. Has a fixed price charge plus parts at cost so he earned his bacon. Left everything tidy and I have a door that opens...
