  Alan was incredibly thorough and precise throughout. Communication was constant. From the beginning Alan Smith Plumbing acted incredibly well, made sure to reduce mess to a minimum, checked in on us every so offen before committing to work and even disregarded some of the pipework and changed it to our liking once asked. We were very impressed and will be looking to use him again
