  What a fantastic chap. I ordered a ln inspection for a house purchase. His inspection saved me from me moving into a place with a broken boiler. He even popped back later free of charge to make sure that the seller had sorted the issue. Made ome really useful observations on the system as well.

  Went above and beyond

  Booked for a survey. The estate agent gave these poor chaps the wrong key twice. So they had several journeys back and forth. Must have been so frustrating for them. Still carried out the survey with no extra charge. I am very grateful. This was more of an advisory survey than anything in writing. Although they did kindly send an email once asked.

  Superb House Purchase Inspection

  I cannot put into words how wonderful Igor has been in helping me with a home inspection. He booked the job almost immediately and even though the estate agents messed him around he was always kind and polite. His communication was superb throughout.
