  I'm sometimes sceptical of reviews and wondered when I saw all the great reviews about Igor. They were not wrong. He contacted me virtually as soon as my request went up came almost immediately and got stuck in to the blocked macerator despite the fact his opinions of them are not very high! He was dubious he would be able to sort it without having to buy a new one but he's full of ideas of how to sort problems and he did! He's come up with an idea to stop it happening again and will be back in due course to tackle another problem. In this day and age his price was as expected. Lovely ma

  Igor was very serious and contentious about the work he carried out and did a really excellent job, explained all his decisions and gave options where possible. The work was done with minimum impact and in good time. We would recommend his services highly
