  Outstanding Service – Honest, Professional and Highly Recommended

  I had a suspected mains water leak and was told by Thames Water it was my responsibility. I contacted Louie McConnell at McConnell Utilities and I’m very glad I did. He was prompt, professional, and thoroughly investigated the issue, correctly identifying it as Thames Water’s responsibility, saving me unnecessary cost. He explained everything clearly and gave me full confidence. After the excavation, the paving was reinstated to an excellent standard — even better than before. Honest, reliable, and highly recommended.
