  Hired them a few times, top job every time!

  I've hired these guys twice now for some fairly quick jobs fixing up toilets. They're quick to answer inquiries and I *really* appreciate that they can come round early for folks with 9-5 jobs if need be. I also appreciate that they send proper invoices and let you pay by card rather than some that do cash in hand jobs you've no formal record of; comes across as very professional. Always been very polite and quick, definitely now my go-to guys for plumbing issues!

  Washing machine valve replacement

  The engineer that came out, Peter, obviously knows his stuff and did the repair quickly and completely. Very polite and respectful of my property, 10/10. Some issues on the admin end. I wrote in the job that I needed someone on the evening/weekend because I work full time, but the engineer came at 09:00 on a Friday, the opposite of what was asked. I was able to adjust my schedule in this case, but it's not ideal hence not a full 10 on reliability. Coms are quick & done over WhatsApp. Price is in-line with other similar services & not asked for until jobs done.

  System to combi boiler switch

  Jeff came round, identified everything that would need to be done to switch my ancient boiler over to a combi and move it into the airing cupboard. Quoted same day for a lot less than those sketchy websites that issue you a fixed quote! Also explained well the different priced boilers and what you get Came over with 2 colleagues and got the whole job sorted in a day, disposed of the old cylinder and boiler, filled in all the paperwork - and when 2 of my ancient radiators didn't survive the shock of being made usable again, Jeff came round and capped them off for me, no drama.
